Summary
Renegade was suave, dangerous, and inevitable. He was everything she feared but was inexorably drawn to.
He was also the former Robin, Jason's predecessor, breaking off his path with Batman and the Teen Titans to pursue a life as a mercenary with Deathstroke as his mentor.
For months, Jason had dallied and exchanged flirty quips with the villain on the field. But that had all been games. When Jason saw something she shouldn't have one night, she suddenly found herself Renegade's—Dick Grayson's—prisoner.

Summary
Bruce thinks Roy is a bad influence, always hanging out with the wrong crowd, frequenting bars, and using substances, but Jason thinks Roy is just the coolest company. Jason would often make excuses to escape the cave and meet him. Sometimes, Roy takes Jason out on missions, in which Speedy and Robin II get to handle some pretty gnarly bad guys.
When Roy's coded message tells Jason to sneak into the local club one day, Jason isn't prepared to find Deathstroke's apprentice on their radar.
“The intel is this: this guy here,”—Roy taps the sheet of dossier with Renegade’s photo—“is visiting Gotham tonight. He’s obviously here for a mission, and we have to find out what that is.”
“How do we do that?”
“Easy.” Roy winks, showing a toothy, mischievous smile. “You will let him know you’re Robin.”

“You’re coming with me,” Nightwing says, already reaching for the escrima sticks behind him. “I will fix you. I’m taking you with me even if I have to carry you out.”
Jason wakes up chained and collared on a simple twin bed inside a locked cell.
Dick has made good on his word.

Summary
Before Wayne Manor, Jason used to have nightmares. He’d dream about old clients, both regulars and one-offs; all the degradation and abuse he’d suffered at their hands. Ever since he started living in the manor—since becoming Robin—Jason has rarely had those dreams.
Still—occasionally—when times are bad, when old habits get the better of him, when the expectations of the job become suffocating, or tensions arise, or even just when regular spells of self-doubt invade his mind, the nightmares come back with a vengeance. Like an old, forgotten client grinning, saying, Do you really think you can escape your past? You might look and act like Robin, but you’ll never be Robin.
He’s never told anyone about those dreams, not even Dick. Some things even Batman can’t know. But when Jason nearly kills himself trying to save some kids from a collapsed building, he wonders if Dick has known all along.

Summary
Dick finds a human-sized doll in the Batcave that looks just like Jason. It’s wearing Jason’s clothes, or what looks like Jason’s clothes. It has Jason's short black hair, Jason's baby face, and the graceful length of Jason's body. If Jason were a life-sized doll, this is exactly what he would look like.
The strangest part, Dick thinks a little uneasily, is that no one has seen the real Jason for a while now. That can't be a coincidence, can it?
Bruce doesn’t want to tell Dick where he got the doll or how it was made. But if you want it, he says, you can take it home and use it as you wish.
So that’s exactly what Dick does.
