Summary
Every thousand years, a new Demon Monarch rises and attempts to devour the world. Kaguya is the most powerful Demon Monarch yet and the Sage can only seal her within the Forest of Death, but with her strength Kaguya will break the seal after 100 years - she has already taken over the Forest and its inner 44 gates. Back in 1998, when a virus ravaged Raccoon City, Leon met a stray cat called Grace. She was a gorgeous light-furred Ragdoll with the softest fur and the most striking grey-blue eyes he’d ever seen. She was also very affectionate and cuddly when it came to him, but quickly resorted to hissing, biting, and scratching with everybody else, especially those who tried to get close to him with bad or romantic intentions. Now, 28 years later, he meets another Grace. She might be a human, but her hair and eyes remind him of his deceased cat, who died protecting him back in Spain against Saddler.
Ever since she was little, Grace would dream of being a cat. She dreamt of a warm home, a cosy lap, a gentle owner with the most gorgeous voice and smell and who gave the best pets, and a lot of danger. Her mother liked to say that the dreams were the result of her watching too much cat-themed media, but when she’s suddenly transported back into the heart of the Raccoon City outbreak in 1998 in the body of a cat, she realises those weren’t dreams but memories of her previous life. A life she has to relive again.

This story is a direct sequel to Us Against The World. If you haven't read that story, this one will make absolutely no sense. Ren and Morgana, along with their new friends, have miraculously defeated Nyx. Unfortunately, this was only the first hurdle, as now, they have to fight the monster who took everything from them: Yaldabaoth. On April 2023, after the Internet already moved on from the mystery, a post was made on the silent subreddit by a user named "programmer021", with a link that will change everything.
