In these dreams, Remus is almost always the alpha, despite Sirius' loathing of his second sex he struggles to imagine himself as anything but an omega. He recognised that face and that voice. Even if his eyes seemed colder now or even if the person standing before him seemed determined to turn himself into a mere stranger, Shi Qingxuan knew that it was definitely the same Ming-ge from his high school days.
"What..?" he asked, though his voice came out thin and unsteady. His fingers curled around the strap of his bag, gripping it so tightly that his knuckles began to pale.
The man looked away, his expression remaining unreadable. "My name is He Xuan," he said, his voice calm as though he was just offering a simple correction to a harmless mistake.
