Midoriya Izuku loathed Japan. Most people did nowadays, yet everyone was powerless to change it's situation.
That was what he liked to think at least, in the back of his mind however he knew he could, he hated that he wouldn't. All Might was dead and Izuku possessed his quirk, yet was too scared to use it. To assume that mantle of responsibility to Japan and become their hero. He was prepared to die with One for All.
Until he found himself witnessing a crime up close and personal, that desire to help overtaking his fear, he leaps into action without thinking. Wielding the most powerful quirk in the world he must answer the call of a hero but vigilantism is a dangerous life and in a post All Might Japan rampant with crime and villainy it won't be easy.
