It was a high school graduation. The sun was shining as if welcoming the teenagers' day of becoming adults. The wind was blowing just enough to be a breeze and keep the girls' hairs organized. People were handing out flowers. Laughs and cheers filled the air.
Minute had just changed out of his graduation gown and was back in his sweater and jeans. His parents and his friends were waiting for him just outside the change room. He grabbed his bag pack filled with papers from his 12th grade he was going to burn. The bag was heavier than ever but his chest was light.
Today was going to be great. The party was around 5, so he had some time to spare. He could take his time watching the papers burn. The teachers him and his friends talked bad about was no longer his concern. Everything was going to be behind him.
When Minute opened the change room door, he wasn't greeted with a smile, but screams.
