This series takes place in an alternate universe where Dick broke off from Batman earlier and became Nightwing at 16(current age 20), moving to Bludhaven earlier. Cyborg joined the Justice League right away when he turned 18(current age 22). Beast Boy stayed as a solo vigilante in Jump City for a longer period after leaving the Doom Patrol(current age 19). Raven only decides to search for help on Earth after trying everything she can on her own and realizing that she can’t stop her father on her own before turning 20(current age 19). The incident where Starfire chases down Blackfire’s captors takes place about 3 years later in this universe as well, making them 19 and 23, respectively.

Now unconscious in Sunnydale Memorial, their minds seem linked together, finally affording them a chance for some long-overdue conversation in a tranquil dreamscape. Of course, with graduation imminent and Mayor Wilkins still on the loose, Buffy shouldn't stay for long, and Faith is perfectly content to send her on her way. At least, that was the plan. The reality turns out to be a little more complicated.
Set during Graduation Day, Part Two (3x22) with an attempt at pretty authentic Buffyverse-style writing. Mostly canon-compliant with a few gaps filled in and an implication things will hopefully go a bit differently in the future.

The three wandered out of the station onto the crossing. No one was there. At all. Not knowing what to do, they stood there in complete shock. Papers were flying everywhere with the wind and it was eerily silent.
“What the fuck…?” Shiho muttered.
