Summary
Takemichi enters an abandoned building after receiving a note written in Mikey’s handwriting. Despite his doubts, he follows it, hoping it leads to answers about Mikey’s disappearance. Once a desperate time-leaper, Takemichi has become a cold mafioso, killing and torturing people just to find him.
Inside the room, he finally finds Mikey. Their reunion quickly turns into an emotional confrontation—Takemichi is furious, while Mikey apologizes, admitting he gave in to “dark impulses” and believes he ruins everything. Mikey asks to be killed. Takemichi refuses, but in a sudden move, Mikey forces Takemichi’s gun and shoots himself.
Overwhelmed by guilt and grief, Takemichi breaks down, laughing and crying beside Mikey’s body. Believing Naoto’s death means he can no longer time leap, he decides to end his own life, hoping for true death and peace. He shoots himself.
Instead of dying, Takemichi wakes up—alive, but still 26 years old, unchanged and still a mafioso. Scars from every timeline begin appearing across his body. He realizes this is not a normal time leap.

Three more shuriken and a kunai fall to the floor.
“I’m happy right here. Can you teach me katon?” Sasuke tells him, as if Obito isn't going through every thing he knows about anger management in his head right now.
“Kid, seriously,” Obito rubs at his temples, “take it from me, only having training as your hobby will lead to a burnout,” or, to becoming a terrorist that gets thrown into the past against his will.
Or; after the fight with Kaguya, instead of dying, Obito finds himself in the Uchiha compound week post the massacre.
He ends up taking care of Sasuke.Or; Obito repents by becoming a parental figure.
