A navy blue hedgehog found a vacant seat. Her quills are long, falling past her shoulders and dyed purple at the tips. She wore a plain white t-shirt with a little picture of a chao on it paired with purple shorts that matched her quills. She sighs, and pulled out a weathered old beige book with the word ‘memories’ on its cover in crude handwriting. She flipped through pages; flipping through family photos and the faces of her friends.
On the page after that one, a paper clip bound a missing poster to the book. It’s torn, stained, crumpled, ripped and outdated; the name on it wasn’t even accurate anymore. The picture, however, stayed intact. It showed a young blue hedgehog; so young His quills were closer to aquamarine, His eyes still black and His vocal chords non-functioning.
