This is a rewrite of my first pic, which is a testing and beta fic before I deleted it.
Through some comments and criticism, I've decided to change myself and try to write a better one with the feedback I've read, solely focusing on the OC's setting, lore, and more.

Tim would like to reiterate that his family's support for Damian gender identity was the bare minimum, except he absolutely refused for the the thought of Tim copying his (literal) backstabbing demon of a younger sibling to even cross the mind of anyone. He would not be announcing the fact that he, too, is transgender.
If he came out to Bruce, the chances are Bruce would get him testosterone within the next month, and top surgery consultations within the next week. He'd probably even organise bottom surgery in a couple of years if Tim wanted it.
However that would require the key step of telling Bruce.
Ew.
That was an unnecessary step. Tim could do this himself.
OR
Coming out is optional, and Tim decides to pick the option of “let everyone else figure it out by themselves,” so he goes and does his own hrt and top surgery and stuff
