The brunette, who was still obviously waking up, rubbed one of her eyes as she waved, “Hi.” She leaned against the doorway.
“Hey, you,” Petra grinned as she stood from her kneeling position “finally decided to come join me?” She closed the cabinet and placed the towel on top of the sink. Her hands then found themselves in their familiar position on her hips.
Jesse shrugged in response when her own smile formed “Eh. I thought it didn’t sound too bad.” She finally walked the rest of the way into the room, closing the door behind her with a soft click.

So, I was casually watching AkkAyan shorts when inspiration suddenly hit me. It made me wonder, after Suppalo finally changed its rules and everyone could breathe again, what happened next? Did life really return to normal? I wanted to spend a little more time with Akk and Ayan before graduation, so here's a small post-canon series following their journey. Also, while writing this, I couldn't stop thinking about "All of Me" by John Legend. It perfectly captures the mood I had in mind for these two. I hope you enjoy it.
