This is a self-indulgent big ol' what-if where I wanted an female character to show up to the Ashford Tourney with a dragon. She is an original character, but has a name, backstory, is in her 30s, and is fully fleshed out. It is 2nd person POV, "You" used throughout, but it is a head-hopper, so you get into the head of several AKOTSK characters. I watched the show before reading the novella, so I picture all of the characters as they are seen in the show, but use ASOIAF lore to fill in around it for backstory and dragons and such. It is canon divergent, not just for the tournament but for the entire rest of ASOIAF - I know there are huge story implications to this what-if. This idea grabbed hold and clawed its way out of my brain. Explicit content is in chapter 13. Mentions of pregnancy loss. Attempted SA in the past mentioned, but not explicit. This is my first time writing medieval/feudal system and I did my best with how that all works. Also, sort of a fix-it, if you squint.
** I do have an idea of where this story will go next BUT I will be pivoting back to my Arcane/League of Legends story (to finish it) before I return to this world. ** -
