Summary
With the first book finished, gods, demigods, mortals and satyrs alike begin to read the second book. The gods are once more forced to confront the danger and emotional rollercoasters of demigod life in ways (most) gods never have to experience. At least it can't be worse than the first book? Right?
Stress, angst and awkward conversations await.
I don't own any characters nor the text from the books, all rights belong to Rick Riordan.

Summary
When the Beast opened its mouth to speak, Essek was faced with a mouthful of canine, wolfish fangs and teeth.
“I did warn you.”
Essek was utterly petrified. The small, primal part of him which flinched from flames and the edges of cliffs had woken and declared the thing standing before him a threat. More than a threat, a nightmare.Essek, long having retreated into exile, is trapped by an obscure curse and forced to shelter in a strange isolated manor. His only hope of escape is in the hands of the apparent lord of the manor, a Beast who is both charming and repellent in equal measure.

Summary
The war between the Dwendalian Empire and the Kryn Dynasty finally comes to an end.
Peace, as delicate and tentative as it is, has been brokered and discussed.
Professor, turned Warmage, Caleb Widogast would be wed, as a political symbol, of the effort being made to extend that peace towards the Dynasty.
To whom, he has no idea, further than they would be Kryn.
He just hopes that he can keep the peace long enough to reach their wedding night.- Language:
