Jason Todd didn't expect to ever feel comfortable with his designation as an omega. He was too brash and too bold to fit the stereotype, something that only got heightened after the Pit. The Red Hood—with the help of scented patches for his glands—being a loud and proud alpha probably only the exacerbated the problem.
When they meet, problems will surely arise.

Dyl’s words—or more accurately, his curse of being a Prime Target—landed him at the feet of the bank robbers. Literally all the other hostages were on the other side of the room. He was also the only one not tied up, so there were bright sides. If having a gun aimed at his head instead of his hands zip tied behind his back was a bright side.

There had been moments where Bruce paused too long before just saying ‘Robin’ in place of Tim’s name. Sometimes, though, the pause would last so long that Tim felt the need to remind Bruce what his name was. Bruce always continued on afterward, not acknowledging his slip.
This though? This was the first time that Bruce had actually called Tim by Jason.

SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 6 OF RED HOOD: RESSURECTION
The chance that Jason would change the direction of his barrel was minuscule. Tim didn’t have enough time to force Jason to see how useful he could be; even less to con the guy into considering him his brother. Most of the time they had spent together was Jason conning Tim, actually. As Tim stared at the Joker, idly cataloging that the madman was saying how Tim’s death wouldn’t matter, he was truly aware of his own approaching death.
And that was okay.
OR: Tim's thoughts during the standoff in episode 6, followed by a conversation between him and Jason a few weeks later on a rooftop.

Usually, Dick would wake whoever was featured in his nightmare—or Bruce if it was about Jason. Tim never said he minded when Dick crawled into his bed to listen to the kid breathe. Unfortunately, the memory of Tim’s most recent nightmare weighed heavy on Dick’s mind, just like the dream. Tim had waited on the floor next to Dick’s bed instead of waking Dick up.
OR
Dick has a nightmare about Tim. He intentionally does not wake Tim up (this doesn't work.)

Summary
UA has a rule—no quirkless students. It was added years ago, after much hemming and hawing about safety concerns and lessening blame in the inevitable circumstance of death. There's no real reason to remove it, not as the percentage of quirkless people plummets further and further.
Of course, this rule doesn't actually matter to Izuku, because he's got an analysis quirk.
As far as anyone knows.
The Plan is simple: have a quirk, become a hero, and avoid anyone who could disprove those first two things.
In hindsight, UA isn't a great choice. And that's before the villains.

Summary
When Jack Drake’s business trip gets canceled, he is forced to stay at home while the legal kinks get worked out. He’s not used to having a teenager underfoot, so it’s only rational that he’s a little snappish around Tim. At least, that’s what Tim tells himself each time his dad’s idea of discipline gets harsher.
Bruce had told him to take a break from Robin in order to spend some time at home with his dad, and Tim can’t say no to that. He knows Bruce is probably glad to be rid of him for a short while.
And he can handle discipline. This is a Tim Drake problem, not a Robin problem anyway. There’s no need for Bruce to know anything.
Things get a little muddled when an injured Jason Todd crawls through his bedroom window.
