"War is upon us."
For all of his life, Project:BlueMoon has been battered and bruised by the employees of M.N.E.C.: Mirage Networking Experimental Center. A TOTALLY not illegal experimentation center attempting to make a biological weapon to win the global war on the horizon.
Having to murder his first, and pretty much only, friend and supporter, BlueMoon is left to fend for himself against the other rabid experiment; Project:SolarFlare's, and the rest of the employee's harm.
Not used to affection or hope, BlueMoon soon discovers that, maybe, his life has hope.
And that hope may rest in the talons of a fallen star.

Setting his jaw in annoyance, the Superboy closed what little distance Tim had managed to put between them and grabbed Tim by the tunic. In one pull, he ripped the fabric and padding away. When he grabbed at Tim's undershirt, Tim dodged, but he didn't get very far before the shirt disappeared anyway - Bart literally whistling Dixie as he flung it across the room.
