I absolutely love Skyhall, it's my favourite location in the game, but I always thought it was a little underdeveloped in-game and the Forsaken just doesn't have enough content despite having potential as a faction. Take this as my sort of expansion to Skyhall's lore in a way.

A medical and political drama with a primary focus on the Followers of the Apocalypse and their new "Freeside Prehospital Medicine" initiative. Bags are spiked and IVs flushed. Stretchers roll across uneven pavement in the anarchic streets of Freeside. The streets are a brave new frontier, and a lot is on the line both at the bedside and behind the desk. Freeside is fighting for its soul while the Followers wrestle with the brutal realities of their mission. But don't worry too much- all bleeding stops eventually!
Has some of the same characters from my other story, Practicing Medicine. Lots of OCs. Strong focus on believability/realism, and most action scenes involve resuscitation rather than violence.
