In the quiet shadows of the Paris catacombs, Erik is leading a rebellion that is slowly falling apart with nothing to give them hope, clinging to recruits from brothels and work houses, starved, desperate to destroy the people that keep them on their knees. When fate brings the two of them together, when Christine Daaé is handed nothing but a rifle and a fever dream, when Erik takes on the scrawny brothel girl as his protégée, the path of their stories might change, but only if they are brave enough to face their tangled emotions first.
This is basically a clashing of my two special interest, Phantom of the Opera and communism. So let's get in losers, we are seizing the means of production, opera-style!

Independent terrans who live on Affini vessels like the Archelirion are especially comfortable with this, not least because those who aren’t have already all been domesticated!
Milla Roxelana isn’t afraid of domestication. She’s friendly and open, and although she isn’t looking for an owner, she’s prepared for any relationship she has with an affini to escalate into something else. Which is why it’s so surprising when she receives notice that she’s being domesticated anonymously. Even more surprising? There appears to be a loophole.
This fic is not ace friendly. Specific tags will be listed at the beginning of each chapter, but in general please assume that every chapter contains some amount of explicit sex. Abstract: Papergames is no stranger to authoritarianism. The narrative of Love and Deepspace centers crime and punishment, most often championing institutions of power as the solution to systemic problems. This present essay endeavours to examine the game that is redefining the otome zeitgeist by probing into the fan space’s fetishisation of a salient kinship term in line with the boom of Chinese Exceptionalism. I reject the unfounded notion that fiction has no bearing on reality, and posit an approach informed by Bandura’s moral disengagement (Bandura 2016) to investigate how this mindset is perpetuated. The remainder of the essay focuses on the Throne of Eros banner and how the incorporation of explicit incest is only another manifestation of Papergames’ profit model of misogyny. This informs my concluding assertion that the fan space is in need of an intersectional outlook on feminism, outlining how players can go about rejecting Papergames’ vampirism.
