Summary
The eagle watches her carefully, as if he is aware of just how much he’s pissed her off, and when he begins to cross the distance between himself and the titan, Melinoë grows defensive. Oros appears in her hand and she holds it up in front of her. Aetos stills as she glares at him.
“Enough of this,” comes Prometheus’ voice again. “It is not that big a deal.”
But Melinoë cannot take her eyes off his annoying bird, his feathers crested with ichor and gore.
“Send him away,” she says. At his silence, Melinoë looks up at Prometheus, suddenly aware of their proximity. “I cannot help you if he’s still here.”

“Take a look at that!” He says, looking up at the sky, and his fuemigos turn to look to. The pink moon makes the lands look like candy, the blades of glass glimmering endlessly as the sun sinks behind the tall hills of Ionia. “The sky is so pretty today,” Milio tells them. “I’m really happy we get to watch it together!”
His smile falls a bit, and when he glances down he finds one of his fuemigos, an older soul with a sleepy expression, looking up at him already.
Milio sighs heavily, standing with his little friends in his arms.
“But this is goodbye for one of us."

Her heart skips in her chest and it feels as though her lungs might refuse to cooperate. She doesn't let go of her boldness however, squeezes his thigh as she leans forward. Her hair falls into her face as she does so, and Prometheus meets her mismatched gaze from underneath her thick eyelashes.
“Where do you like to be touched, then,” she corrects.
This seems to be the right question, for the titan smiles the moment it breaches her lips.
