Nick felt a bit unmoored. There was something in the way Charlie was looking at him that made his heartbeat quicken. “Uh, what do you want to talk about then?”
“We could talk about…Saturday?” Charlie took his bottom lip between his teeth, and suddenly Nick was finding it nearly impossible to ignore his growing erection. He wasn’t really sure how Charlie made the gesture look both shy and obscene at the same time, but the combination was really working for him.
Nick swallowed hard, trying to maintain some semblance of cool for at least a while longer. “Are you excited for the fête?”
Charlie smirked. “I mean, that wasn’t really the exciting event I had in mind.”

Fuck.
This guy looked like he had been plucked straight out of 15-year-old Nick’s wildest fantasies. He was dressed as Spider-Man, but clearly a battle-worn one, with various large rips in his suit obviously intended to make the already skin-tight outfit somehow even hotter—large sections of thigh, his left hip bone, his right nipple—oh christ, and it’s fucking pierced.

Certified bisexual disaster, Nick Nelson, is completely gone for Charlie Spring. Unfortunately, Charlie barely seems to register Nick's existence. When Nick goes out to a Halloween party determined to get over his silly crush and meet someone new, he may just get more than he bargained for.
