Vox is defeated, Hell no longer wants to fight, and Heaven is beginning to find common ground with sinners - isn't that the perfect scenario? The very fact that Hell could fight back sowed fear in the hearts of the highest ranks, and fear drives them to radical measures.
Upon discovering Heaven’s true plans for the future of Hell, Emily met them with fierce protest. But the price for this outburst of justice turned out to be far too high.

Val finally convinces his business partners, Vox and Velvette to come out to one of his clubs. Vox has never cared about what Val does. He figures he’ll go and have a couple of drinks to appease him and then be on his way for the night, he wasn’t expecting to meet Alastor, the tall, beautiful deer demon who’s the star of Val’s club. He’s entranced with him the moment he lays eyes on him.
Alastor thought it was going to be just another night, singing, dancing, and stripping followed by a few clients Val had booked for him after the show, then he met Vox. He could tell immediately that the overlord had taken a liking to him. How long had Alastor been under Val’s control? Perhaps this sweet, almost shy, tv-headed demon could be his ticket to finally getting away from Val for good.

Edit: I have watched Hazbin season 1 and the pilot now, yay! I will get to season 2 soon so I'll probably pick up some inspiration there. I can confirm, to anyone confused as to why the old summary is now gone, that the flashback sequence in Chapter 1 in perfectly in line with canon since the pilot is dubiously canonical to the Amazon TV series. Just wanted to clear any confusion because that summary is months old now xd.
Hazbin's happening takes you on a journey after season 1, the Extermination occurred weeks ago and the Hotel has been newly rebuilt. With a mixture of some help from Heaven for architecture and the hard work of the remaining hotel residents Charlie is ready to finish what she started, aiding Angel towards redemption and possibly edging the other three a tip-toe closer.
