Phil found the folder eventually, setting it down in front of Techno, who carefully took it into his hands. On the front page was a photo of a girl, maybe 17 or 18, with purple hair and a blank, almost dead expression on her face.
“That is Via Roth. She’s a shapeshifter.” Phil announced, Techno glanced up to see that his smile had faded, and he looked way more serious now.
Techno blinked, “A shapeshifter?”
“Yes.” Phil replied. “A shapeshifter, in L’manburg. I got this info from an anonymous worker, apparently she’s dangerous, unpredictable, and possibly a threat to the Syndicate.”

Dream and Technoblade stumble upon an injured child alone in the cold. They couldn't possibly just leave them there to die, so though neither of them was experienced with parenthood, they now have an obligation to raise a random orphan they met by chance.
Their journey won't be perfect, of course. It's still two people who've done terrible things with warped morals attempting to raise an innocent toddler— But when a genuine romance blossoms between the new parents, it'll be impossibe for them to go back to the way it was before.
