Summary
Tony can handle stress. That doesn't mean he wants to. A little stress pushes him into his lab to work on projects. Mild stress makes him start to push back and resist. Total stress makes him shut down, utterly and completely. Before he gets to that point where he shuts down, 100 percent, all stop, do not pass go, he disappears. He packs up and leaves town and disappears for days or even weeks at a time, shutting down his cell phone and not responding to anyone or anything. Pepper does all she can to make sure that doesn't happen, but when Steve stresses Tony out and things are piling up at work, Tony takes off and he takes Peter with him.

Summary
Cas looks even more tired than Dean feels. His eyes are red and the bags under them are more prominent than ever. His hair is a hot mess, reminding Dean of the time when Cas was still able to take off any second with just a flick of his wings. The cut on his neck is covered with a white bandage now and he wears different clothes, a gray sweatpants and a black shirt with a hole on the collar, that Dean recognizes as one of his. It makes him look different. It makes him look soft.
Dean likes it a lot.

Cas is back and that is great. Except that it worries Dean how much Cas struggles to adjust to humanity, haunted by nightmares and memories every night. So it's just a gesture of their friendship, despite Castiel's feelings for him, when Dean offers Cas to stay with him at night.

He knows he could have called Maddie and she would have been there, though the memory of her disappointment last time stopped him. As for everyone else—even if he weren’t prohibited from talking to them by his lawyer, Buck doubts anyone would have come. The last time they talked was when they ran into each other in the grocery store a week back, and, since Buck is not eager for a repeat of that interaction, he doesn’t even consider calling anyone in to hold his hand for what is, he tells himself, probably just another little blip on his road back to the 118.
He is able to convince himself of this up until the moment Dr. Gutierrez walks into his room and says, “Well, Evan, you just can’t seem to do anything the easy way, can you?”

“Hi, Jody,” Sam says.
“Howdy, boys.” She asks them to take over a case. Something about werewolves. Dean doubts they will, Sam hasn’t let him pick up a gun in months, not since their last hunt.
Jody’s voice cuts through the phone. “Alright, if you boys don’t wanna take the case, I’ll see if Castiel will, but I think he’s helping Claire in Colorado–”
Dean doesn’t hear a damn thing after that, and by the looks of it, Sam doesn’t either. For the first time in days, Dean opens his mouth and speaks. “Cas is alive?”
Jody’s voice is quiet on the other end. “He didn’t tell you?”
