Summary
Long ago, two powerful insect user clans faced each other in battle for the ultimate contest of superiority.
For generations, The Aburame Clan (beetle users) and the Kamizuru Clan (bee users) have competed in a long history of rivalry and war. Both coveted the title and prestige of being the most powerful clan skilled in insect combat mastery. However, during Iwa's invasion of Konohagakure, the Aburame Clan ultimately defeated the Kamizuru Clan so brutally, that the bee users were beyond all redemption. The Kamizuru Clan retreated back to the Hidden Stone in shame and disgrace, losing all respect and status in their village. When Etsukobachi Kamizuru inherited power as Head of the withering bee clan, only a small handful of families remained. But hatred for the Aburame Clan and an insatiable hunger for revenge still lingered in the Kamizuru ranks, and the bee ninjas lived for nothing but to restore their honor and name by defeating the Aburame Clan in battle.
