College is supposed to be where you go to make your dreams come true, but honestly… this feels more like a nightmare. Somehow—somehow—I managed to screw up on the very first day. It took me an hour and a half just to find my dorm. And as if that wasn’t enough, when I finally picked up my placement and keys, I realized I’d registered for a shared dorm instead of an individual one. Awesome, right? I sigh, standing in front of the door to my room. 404. Ironic, isn’t it? The number of pure misfortune.“Fuck it,” I mumble as I unlock the door. “This day couldn’t possibly get any worse.”

He looks at the druid again as he puts the book away “What happened to the druidess?” Jabber hums quizzically, he hears his hair jewelry clink together, and Jabber makes an ‘oh’ noise “Uh yeah I wanted us to match!” Zanka turns to him again, his back leaning on his desk “So we match?” Jabber nods, his locs moving wildly “Yeah! You got the druid, meee, and I got the druidess, youuu” he smiles out. Zanka cocks his head to the side “Im the druidess?” Jabber slowly nods again, his eyes flicking back and forth but never looking at Zanka.

Summary
Zanka, a son of the goddess Athena, finds himself up against Jabber at the Battle of Manhattan. He loses, and is sent back to camp, but Jabber falls in love with the animosity. Well, love isn't the correct term, it's more of a fixation or obsession, but the feelings tend to blend together for Jabber. Even after his lord Kronos is defeated, he finds himself searching for that hate and violence tucked away in Zanka. Unwillingly, Zanka finds himself seeking Jabber out with a similar fervour.
tldr; they fight once and Jabber is head over heels. Zanka will get there too.

Summary
Zanka had always had a particularly sensitive sense of smell, even as a child. It was something he was forced to hide as a Nijiku son, as this sensitivity didn't always work in his favour. Strong, heavy smells would linger in his head, making him dizzy and nauseous, until all he could think of was getting away from them, overstimulated and shaking. His family had seen it as a point of weakness, though it often felt to him that every part of himself was a potential weakness growing up.

He stared for another moment before turning away once again. Zanka almost reached out before stopping, having nothing to say. What would he even say? He began to walk away before pausing and glancing behind him, "You can stay in that well if you choose to. Or you can come with me."
Those were the only words spoken before the grey haired man continued to walk away. Zanka stared at his back, confused yet intrigued. He glanced down at the well before glancing to his left. He could go back to Hell Guard, force himself to be something he wasn't. He could stay in that well, doing nothing to better himself. Or.. Or he could go with him.

Zanka doesn't hear the encouraging words of Enjin that day. Doesn't know of the warmth of the Cleaners, the people of Team Akuta. Instead he meets someone else and finds himself with a new mindset.
