Summary
“Well, why do I have to come? Drop me off at the nearest port! I don’t have time to come with you for your reunion shit I’ve got things to do!” At Tommy’s orders, Technoblade turned to face him. Tommy refused to shrink in on himself at Technoblade’s intimidating stance.
“That necklace belonged to him. I need to know that he’s safe.” Technoblade answered gruffly with no room for argument.
Well that sucks for him, Tommy was going to argue.
“No, no. I don’t have to go with you,” Tommy began to ramble. “My brother Wilbur taught me stranger danger. I know the rules, I’m not going anywhere with you.” Technoblade looked somewhat affronted and could begin to feel the headache that would accompany him during Tommy’s stay on The Blade. “No, I’m not going with you to meet an ‘old friend’ I have to go save Wilbur. They’re taking him to be hanged. I have to save him- we have to save him, you can help me!”

The power fluctuated, lights going out. Phil was lying on the floor, staring at the ceiling, but his eyes might as well have been closed. The darkness was so complete it was like it clasped its fingers in his, breathed through his throat-- and then, slowly, he became aware of a shift on the other side of the glass. Faint, distant movement. A soft pulse of light, pinkish-red mingled with off-white, gentle bioluminescent flickers in the engulfing blackness. Fear twisted so far around that it turned to wonder.
He thought the lights were multiple creatures close together, at first. Then the emergency lights hummed back on, and the lights on the other side suddenly resolved into a being, a huge one with a long snaking tail and brightness down its side and shoulders and flowing hair and was that a goddamn fucking mer--
The mer reeled back and disappeared into the gloom. Phil stared after it and said blankly, forgetting it was only a plush crow listening: "What the actual fuck."

Summary
After getting kicked out of his old town for causing a bit of trouble, Tommy and Tubbo are invited to Dream’s realm, a small but beautiful town full of hybrids, humans, and gods alike. Things are fine - peaceful even - until things start going amiss. His days of working with Sam at the hotel and skipping work with Sam to commit crime with Wilbur are over as soon as Tommy starts losing sleep due to rats in his home, little things moved around or missing entirely, and the town's most respected town member's interest in him.
His life in the new town was going great - despite agonizing night terrors and overpowerful hybrids throwing his face into the dirt for the hell ofit. It was nothing he couldn't handle! It was fine. He was handling it! Well... Until Dream kidnapped him.

aka: Tommy is the only human in Dream's realm, a place full of a variety of hybrids. This makes him a high target to be protected (via Tubbo, Ranboo, Wilbur, and Sam alike), but also a high target to those who hate humans.
Dream, the one who swears to protect the people of his town, just so happens to be the one kidnapping them.

Everyone who sails the seven seas knows of the fairytales that float around like the ships on the ocean waves. From killer sirens, to the elusive kraken, and even pirate crews themselves that have built a name among the legends. These creatures and crews are real, no doubt about it, but they are feared far and wide. No one dares to go out and search for them since a run in with any legend, human or not, would surely end in misfortune.
Although one creature stands out from the rest. Not only for its ability to grant wishes, but also for its rarity. There is only one that we know to exist. The child, thought to be abandoned by his kind, gets visitors from near and far, exchanging gifts and offerings for a wish granted. He is known by all, so it isn't a surprise that when he goes missing from his island that every inhabitant of the ocean, human or not, is searching for him, trying to bring him back home.

Summary
Techno knew there was someone in his territory.
What specifically was in his territory was a little more difficult to figure out. They smelled dragon-ish, but they weren’t hunting anywhere near enough for a dragon, and there was the faint scent of human to them. A dragon-friend, maybe?
Techno didn’t worry too much about it. He did patrol his territory slightly more often, though.
It was on one of these patrol flights that he heard it. Far below him, somewhere in his forest, there was the cry of a dragon hatchling.

Summary
His eyes pick out the child with night vision of such good quality that he can see the subtle shake of the kid’s hands in fear.
He hears the clang of the door to his dungeon-den shutting and another noise as the padlocks on the other side are secured tightly so he doesn’t escape. The boy-child throws himself against the metal door, clawing at it with nails no longer than one of Techno’s eyelashes, and banging his fist against it fruitlessly in an attempt to garner the guards’ attention (useless since the people who stand outside the dungeon are apathetic and greed-filled, only there for the gold).
Techno sends a rumble out into the large chamber, letting it reverberate off the walls pleasingly. The child freezes where he is in the furthest corner and shouts out into the rest of the room, “Show yourself, beast!”
Or: Kid Tommy gets thrown in a cell with dragon Techno, what could possibly go wrong?

Small hoof fingers began softly playing with the dark purple feathers. Both hands, one player and one piglin, which held the sword loosened to nothing more than just a forgotten memory as one become more mesmerized at the glimmering, violet, shine that preened under all of the careful strokes and the other become more intrigued at the abnormal behaviors of what he once deem as a mindless mob he did not hesitate in killing.
“You’re a strange one aren’t you, mate?”
The piglin gave him a huff that sounded way too deep to be a child’s and an indifferent expression, his previously petting hands retreated back to his side and he stared the elder down with no hints of aggression or fear, as if he was the one dawning Netherite gear and not the other way around.

In the long list of rules that Dream gave him, there were four that stuck out as the most important. Four rules that he could never break.
Stick close to the island when swimming. Always be back before seven. Never complain or hesitate to give Dream his pelt. And never, ever interact with humans.
Tommy didn’t break any of those rules often, and if he did it was a one time thing, a mistake. But this wasn’t a mistake. This was a very deliberate, very stupid move on his part and Dream would kill him if he knew what Tommy was doing. Fifteen years Tommy had lived here, and never once had he intentionally broken one of Dream’s rules. Until now.
He swims closer to the three humans.
