Summary
A Rocky POV of Project Hail Mary, but add in a sprinkle of originally named astrophages, petrova lines, language barriers, trauma recovery, and extra, extra worldbuilding. Includes pre- and post-canon!

One day, his strumming was not answered.
The silence that answered his one verse of song was horrible and grating. Incomplete. Empty. A sick, horrible fear built up inside him.
(He was going to die out here. Alone.)

"Iz huhg," Grace sniffled out, sucking back in moisture from his noze, too. There was moisture and water and everything all over the place. "Huhg meens grayt, grayt, grayt affekshun."
"Oh," he said tentatively. Another hewmin thing! He shuffled closest to the wall Grace was huhging and leaned in. "Oh. Am I doing correctly, hmm?"
"Yis," Grace sighed out, calming down. He still leaked, though.
Oh, well. Leaky hewmins were his favorite, after all.

“I’m not asking you to make Damian give up Robin, I’m only telling you that you need to stop raising child soldiers! Is that all we are to you?! Pawns in your screwed up fucking mission? You don’t deserve to call yourself a father, in fact, you don’t even deserve to call yourself human you-!”
Bruce’s fist makes a resounding crack! as it hits Dick’s face. He topples to the ground, and is left to stare up at Bruce while the man towers over him.
“You have no right to have any say in how I parent my sons. Or have you forgotten that you’re not even one of them?”

Summary
While on a hunt, Sam and Dean get hit with a curse that forces Dean's soul into Sam's body. Cramped and panicking, the two figure out how to man one body while painful truths come to light, unable to be hidden. With some help from an angel and a baseball cap-wearing mentor, maybe they'll find a way to break it.
Set sometime after Season 4 Episode Yellow Fever, where the threat of Lucifer is high. Inspired heavily by a book about possession I recently read.
Title from Pool - Samia
