Summary
After nearly all those who Cloud loved dies with age, Aeris gifts him a second chance at a normal life, thrust in a time not too unlike their own in a future where the Planet's scars have healed and Jenova's influence in his seemingly immortal body can finally age with the passing years. However, he finds himself in another situation with trying to find a place to settle outside of another source of calamity, while also trying to wrap his head around the way the locals treat omega.

It’s on one such sunny afternoon that Sanji finds himself sitting at the base of a large tree, enjoying the warm temperatures while simultaneously shaded by its leafy branches. It’s peaceful out here, so much so that he can almost pretend he’s not a patient in a hospital who has no real plan for what he’s going to do next.
He flinches as that thought occurs to him, his shoulders already hunching protectively up around his ears. At the same time, completely without his permission, his hands start to bury themselves in his hair, tugging at the strands until they hurt.
