Roy Harper was a man that inspired so many others. How many young heroes tried to take on the name of his old team? How many allies had taken pride in the honor of calling Roy Harper a friend? Hell, now there was a group of kids running around naming their band after Great Frog. He was well-loved by so many, but it was very likely that no one loved him more than Jason Todd. Not that Jason would ever admit that to his friend, of course. For crying out loud, Jason couldn't even muster up the courage to bring Roy half a batch of cookies. It was okay, though. It wasn't like someone as wonderful as Roy would look at a dumpster fire like Jason and see someone worth being anything more than a friend.

But curiosity was a bitch, and Jason found himself moving toward the sound instead of away from it. He peered around the doorframe and saw Tim in his office, pacing like a caged animal with at least five empty coffee cups scattered across his desk. The kid looked like he hadn't slept in a week. Todoroki won’t eat anything peach flavored and likes his water exactly room temperature. He won’t let Katsuki make their tea because “he does it wrong” even though he does it absolutely right. He once made Katsuki listen to voice recordings of one of his cats meowing at different times of the day to “see if she sounded more melancholy earlier in the morning.” For being like, kind of jacked, his hips and shoulders and elbows are bony as fuck. He, as a rule, has to sleep on the right side of the bed or he can’t sleep at all. Katsuki fucking hates him.
And now previously empty corners of his brain are filled with all of this dumb shit about stupid Todoroki and he has to cart it around all the fuckin’ time.
