Summary
The fae council had been in power for so long that its sudden and overnight disappearance lead to the curiosity of many. Some of these "many" being three knight trainees. When Sebek overhears them talking about it, he decides it wouldn't be too bad to indulge their curiosity and tell them his perspective of what happened.
Meanwhile Lilia reminisces on the time he and Malleus threatened to brutally murder the members of said council.

While Rook was unabashed in all of his expressions, Vil was valiantly trying to remain composed despite Rook’s hands rubbing his thighs. “Mon bien-aimé, surely your huntsman is putting on a submissive enough show to not warrant such force, hm?” He tilted his head, kissing Vil's ankle next to his face. “Or does Votre Majesté have other commands for me?”

With families pulling students out of Night Raven College due to prejudice against students from the countries, it's only a matter of time before Crowley is forced to close the campus indefinitely. When Lilia finds records of an old law that could stop the conflict in it's tracks, everyone jumps at the opportunity.
They just weren't anticipating that they'd need a marriage to seal the deal. More so, the marriage is required to be born of true love.
