FIRST SEQUENCE:It started with a statue, a girl, and a god.
Look, everything was meant to be normal for Cassia Dubois until she found out her father was a god.
Not exactly a great conversation starter.
When Cassia is claimed at Camp Half-Blood by Apollo, she is sent off immediately on a quest to find his golden bow. Somebody has stolen Apollo's bow, and it's up to highly unqualified Cassia to locate it and bring it back within a week. Easy enough, right?
Wrong.
SECOND SEQUENCE:
Drakons are looming. Of course, the gods refuse to help, so it's up to the demigods to figure out a way to bring new kids back, and keep themselves alive. However, on one particular team, issues seem to crop up like weeds. The gods have their expectations, but the kids have one goal: stay alive.

His fingers twitch towards her, to take, to stake some half-baked claim. They are fate-bound, and he cannot bear the idea of leaving her to the world and the way it treats pretty girls. He understands them; Zeus and Hades and Dionysus. And he imagines something along the same lines, stowing the demigoddess away in his palace, where only he could have her.

The Olympians were confused, and albeit grudgingly impressed by whatever dared to steal from them. They had had a meeting, and went off to try and find their items.

That was all because Tim was weird. Not the normal kind of weird, like ADHD or dyslexia, (though Tim was that, too) but, like… saw something in the corn weird. Appalachian cryptid weird. Dogs barking, leaves rustling, rusty weathervane creaking weird.
He was that kind of weird because he had seen things he couldn’t explain, and due to being the inquisitive person that he is, had done his very best to explain them.
