Tanjirou and Nezuko both liked the color red. It could have a nice deep and rich shade to it, or be soft and gentle. They weren't bothered everytime their home's floor stained with deep red splatters and smelled like iron.
It was normal to them, something that happened regularly. It was comforting even.

But he put on a smile as he got up to open the door.
Their eyes met without any need to search. As if they'd already been making contact through the screen door.

Summary
They had done it. The Demon Slayer Corps had managed to kill Muzan.
But at a cost. Tanjiro had lost his life during the final fight, as did Zenitsu, Kanao, and Inosuke.
Having lost her friends and her last family member, Nezuko retreats into her box, the last thing she has to remind her of Tanjiro. Despite the fact that she can walk in the sunlight, Nezuko stays in her box, sleeping for the next few centuries.
A few centuries later, Nezuko awakens to find her box on display along with several other items that belonged to her loved ones in a very strange building (a museum).
Nezuko takes her box and some of Tanjiro's things as well as things that belonged to her friends and leaves the museum.
As she steps out into the world again, Nezuko finds that things have changed drastically since she was last awake.
Nezuko must now learn to navigate in a world of heroes and villains while also learning to open her heart up to love once more.

Summary
The 1,000-year war against the Demon King had finally ended, thrusting humanity into a new era of peace. However, it was hard-won, with many devastating losses. The sacrifices were worth it in the end, but that didn’t mean they didn’t leave wounds that would take a lifetime to heal for the survivors.
Former demon, Kamado Nezuko, lamented being unable to properly meet many of the people from her memories before Muzan and his creations cruelly killed them. Still, she did her best to look forward to the future.
Sometimes, she would overhear talk of regrets and what-ifs. And each time, she would silently recall how she barely even had a choice in the time she lost after her humanity was stripped away from her. Could she have made a bigger difference if she could choose?
The opportunity to answer that question came with her waking up to find herself biting down on a familiar bamboo muzzle.
TLDR: Post-canon Nezuko gets thrown back in time to the start of the series with her consciousness and memories intact. She is determined to work towards a better future.

The "Good Demon", "That demon girl the hashira kind of trust", or "Tanjro's Demon sister". Nothing more than a good demon, a revolutionary discovery, a different demon.
She hates how she is talked down to, creeped on, infantilized, overlooked, and simplified. Why is her brother so praised and cared for of his injuries, he's so looked after, people care so much about him, if he's sad everyone is always rushing to his side. And Nezuko? I'm sure she's fine...
It grows infuriating, tiring, it makes her feel less valuable by the day, which doesn't do better given she already thought poorly of this disgusting demon body.
The thing is, she's not stupid, she remembers, everything. Especially from being a demon.

In the canon timeline, these demons never had any chance of changing, developing, experiencing the world.
But when the infinity castle resisted Nakime’s control, the hashira didn’t fall and instead Muzan died without the Upper Moons being defeated. In his hatred of the demon slayer corps, Muzan frees all demons from his control so that they defeat the demon slayer corps.
However, freed from Muzan’s control, the five demons walk different paths, changing their worldview, finding new friends and deciding who they want to be.
But are they even allowed to live happily after all they've done? And how are they going to leave their old beliefs behind?

Main jist of the story (as I haven't written a summery nore completed the plot);
Nezuko winds up in Gotham and has to endure everything thrown at her whilst trying to come to terms with everything. Also, she gets 'adopted' in secret.Trust me when I say, I will make this fic AMAZING (hopefully.. maybe..). If im lucky, the first chapter should be out sometime next year (in a few months).
