They had also ultimately decided that a new villain popping up wouldn’t be the best idea, especially with the Law’s recent crackdown on villainy. Instead, Wemmbu would follow in his best friend's shoes ad become a vigilante.
He didn’t know the first thing that they did besides the couple of tidbits Egg had drilled into his mind an hour before. He couldn’t kill, couldn’t injure too severely, had to focus on helping others, and so on; Wemmbu stopped paying attention after the third miniature lecture about his tendency to fight before thinking, basically summing the entire list up as ‘No fun allowed’. Honestly, he would just improv the whole schtick and hope it was convincing.
He took one last look in the mirror before heading out. He looked nothing like himself, nothing like Gambit.
It was perfect.

Boomie gets Hanahaki disease and is already half dead when the story starts, might make multiple endings, one where he confesses and another where he just suffers. When Wemmbu faked his identity and went exploring the server like a normal player, he honestly didn't expect much. Just peace for once, maybe a bit of suspicions and weirded out looks for having netherite trims on a diamond armour, but nothing beyond surprise and eventual acceptable.
So you can guess his surprise when the smartest player on the Unstable Smp managed to somehow convince himself that the Invisible Knight was the one to kill Wemmbu and may be a major threat for this server. Not only that, but now his rival is also seeking revenge for ruining his chances of getting a rematch. How can this become any messier?!

He needs to figure out what to do next, prepare something to get the Shop working as he intends. Maybe he can sell restocks to the players who lost gear in the End Fight, if he’s quick enough to get the materials that is. At least Boomie was lucky enough not to die during the fight, which speeds up the material gathering process somewhat.
The plans he makes however, are immediately derailed when he enters the Shop. Because lounging casually on the communal bed, as if he didn’t just slaughter half the server, was Flame.
