Dream decides that he wants to get back at George by calling him something similar. In response, another person donates saying that he should call George 'babe'. What is he to do, say no?

“I-I’m sorry if it made you uncomfortable. The donation just said that and I just did it. That was just a one time thing. We don’t have to bring it up-” Dream began to spew random things as his mind became less organized.
“Calm down, it’s okay, Dream,” George spoke quickly to cut off Dream’s ramblings. He chuckled lightly before continuing, “I didn’t mind it. You can call me babe again.”
