Everyone and their mother knew Crime Alley sat on a razor's edge- only one slight imbalance away from toppling over, just the barest of embers away from fully igniting. The Bats felt for the residents there- worried for them and helped where they could- but full involvement was too dangerous. (Red Hood didn't give three shits about danger. Crime Alley was his home and if he had to burn it to the ground to make it better he would- and Bats be damned: he did)
Every member of the Justice League knew that The Founders Community was on the verge of another civil war- coexisting never seemed to be in their vocabulary. The situation was monitored of course, but no one wanted to be the one to pull the trigger on one of the largest meta communities in the nation. Fanning the fire would only invite death. (Hadriyan 'Rin' Black had been friends with death since she was an infant, she didn't give three shits about inviting the bastard over for tea. Death was already at home in the Founding, and if she had to lead a civil war to get the rest of the world to see it she would. In doing so, she saved hundreds- if not thousands- of lives)
Now: if only Hermione could get the two red-clad idiots to realize they're in love.

Summary
Izuku was four the first time he met Kacchan. He had been playing in the forest just outside his village when he came across the small unconscious blonde, a large bump on his head. The boy was dressed strangely. While Izuku had on breechers and a loose small tunic, the boy had only two beaded necklaces and pants. He wasn’t even wearing shoes. Izuku muttered to himself for a while about whether it would be better to go and get help, and risk leaving him alone, or to just stay by his side until he woke up.
Izuku decided to stay by his side.

Bakugo Katsuki is the prince of the dragonborn, and is convinced that he will be the successor to their great guardian, All Might.
Izuku Midoriya is a human boy who spends his summers playing in the woods with a strange boy he only knows as 'Kacchan'.
Years pass, and Katsuki finds out All Might has passed his power on to someone else. When the new guardian arrives, Katsuki must find a way to put his pride aside for the good of his clan.
((Izuku is chosen as All Might's successor. Katsuki is salty about it. Chaos ensues.))

“Avada Kedavra”
The body of the red-haired woman collapsed when Lord Voldemort’s killing curse hit her, but she had been a smart witch. Her last moments were dedicated to her little son and the ritual she had used upon them, a mother’s protection to keep the soul safe from those who would want to harm them.
What she hadn’t known was that young Harry wasn’t the only one influenced by that ritual, she herself was affected too. And when her body hit the ground her soul was already gone, but not obliterated. As a free spirit she was flying around in her son’s room, watching the scene unfold and trying to block the killing curse aimed at Harry. If it worked or if it had been her protection she would never know, but her son lived and the Dark Lord didn’t.
Two souls found another body this night, the first one was the lousy attempt of a Horcrux by the self-proclaimed Lord Voldemort, hanging onto her son’s soul, but the second one, a whole soul, found itself pulled into the only other living creature in the Potter family home.

Summary
This summer was the breaking point for Harry Potter. On top of the verbal and physical abuse he went through, he now has to compete in a competition he did not sign up for. Harry's 'friends' have abandoned him, his teachers not believing him and is left to fend for himself. Harry sneaks down to the Chamber of Secrets to release tension and panic in private but ends up discovering Slytherin's Personal Library.
Armed with magic, shielded by a Horcrux he discovers inside himself, Harry vows to no longer become victim to manipulation. In doing so, Harry breaks the hold that was on his magic, discovers his creature inheritance and maybe ends up saving the world with his so thought enemy. -
