Summary
It’s the smell of it. Chemical. Bitter and sharp as a raw edge on metal. Just a hint of it as she passes him at breakfast — but enough to stop her dead, mid-step.
There is Wolfsbane in his tea.

"OBSCURUS BLOWS UP ORPHANAGE IN SOUTH FRANCE; FIRST OF ITS KIND IN MORE THAN 200 YEARS!
By Rita Skeeter
Published on June 24th, 2000Last night, at approximately 23:10 o’clock, in the commune of Pierrefeu-du-Var, an orphanage housing 24 children and 3 adults at the time blew up and killed every single living person inside. French Wizarding authorities suspect this to be the first case of an Obscurus in over 2 centuries."

Summary
The first week, she had gotten horribly drunk every night, crawled in between the cotton sheets and slept.
Week two and three followed the same way, except the drinking binges stopped after Harry and Ginny staged an intervention.
Harry shot out in concern, “You have more vodka in your veins than blood.”
Hermione tried to take the bottle from his hand and hissed, “Malfoy! Harry, I got fucking Malfoy.”
Harry nodded in understanding and took a long swig from the bottle firmly in his grasp, “I know it’s disturbing. “
Ginny rolled her eyes and asked the group, “No one’s seen him in years. Where do you reckon he is?”
Ron placed the bags of Chinese takeout on the counter and glared, “Yeah, saves me from having to murder the bastard.”
He added knowingly, “I heard he’s living as a Muggle in Russia.”
Harry let out a short laugh, “Probably the most farfetched theory is that he’s Polyjuiced himself to look like the Muggle Prime Minister.”
Hermione groaned, “For Merlin’s sake, Skeeter hasn’t lost her idiotic touch then.”
None of the theories mattered. She would not be forced into any sort of union with Malfoy. The very notion was vile and disturbing, to say the least.

Summary
“Hermione, I know you don’t trust me. That’s fine. You have a million reasons not to. But trust yourself. You’re the smartest person I know. If you want to trust something, trust this.” Draco pointed at her head. “Because we were so happy. We were gloriously obnoxiously happy. I know you don’t remember that, but don’t give up on it. Not yet.”
Hermione wakes in an unfamiliar world, struggling with 9 years of missing memories she needs to fill in the gaps between. She has an ex-boyfriend that’s convinced it’s their second chance at happiness together, friends that don't talk to her anymore, and an ex-enemy that tells her they're in love. She doesn’t know who to trust when everyone, including her own mind, is keeping secrets from her.

Summary
“Then stop coming here,” she said, crossing her arms.
“Believe me, Granger,” he said quietly, “I’ve tried.”
•••
Hermione Granger is a competent, decorated, entirely-put-together healer who absolutely does not have feelings for Draco Malfoy. She has simply noticed, in a purely clinical capacity, that he keeps turning up at her hospital. Repeatedly. With increasingly creative injuries.
Draco Malfoy is a competent, decorated, entirely-put-together Auror who absolutely does not have feelings for Hermione Granger. He has simply run out of reasons to accidentally be in her vicinity and has recently resorted to letters.
Neither of them is handling this well.
Featuring: one medically questionable sandwich, a poisoning with truly baffling toxicology results, four unsent letters, two insufferable Slytherins who consider themselves uninvolved, one ill-timed trip to America, and a years-long slow burn so thoroughly in denial it practically qualifies as a clinical case study.
Hermione leaves before it becomes a problem.
It was already a problem. -

Summary
Seven years after her death, Hermione awakens. It is confusing to understand how she went from fighting Bellatrix the night the Death Eaters entered Hogwarts to being a seventeen-year-old girl surrounded by her friends who were now in their twenties. Time passed, but not for her. Brought back to life, Hermione does everything she can to behave normally, but every time her eyes meet the culprit of her death, even if he wasn't the one who killed her, she can't help but let the hatred bubbling inside her burn more fiercely.
Unfortunately, Draco Malfoy earned a place among her friends when she wasn't there, and she has to spend more time with him than she would like, but as the months go by she discovers that of all the people around her, Malfoy was the only one who made her feel completely alive.
Was it guilt that made him draw closer every time she pushed him away? Was it hatred that made Hermione find his eyes in crowded places? Or did they both feel something more?

Summary
24 Witches and Wizards. 12 Hours. 1 Marriage Law.
In post-war Wizarding Britain, the young survivors are avoiding marriage at all costs and trying to live their lives without the threat of the Dark Lord over their heads. With no viable marriages on record in five years, the Ministry enacts a mandatory marriage law.
Thus, the Golden Trio and their peers are forced into a blind marriage pool. Hermione Granger is matched with the one person she's been avoiding since the end of the war - Draco Malfoy. Forced into a room for 12 hours to accept or reject the match, Hermione can't deny the draw she feels to the Malfoy heir. She just doesn't know if she wants to kill or kiss him. As the room tests them in ways they did not anticipate, they must deal with their undeniable compatibility and the secrets that threaten to tear them apart. If they can stop arguing long enough to make the choice together.
Were the hidden cameras necessary? Not really. Should Kingsley have thrown a watch party in the Wizengamot Chambers? Probably not. Was the Minister having the time of his life? Most definitely.
The clock is ticking.

Summary
“She will be safer here,” Dumbledore said.
Crouch’s gaze did not leave the infant. “Safe,” he repeated, as if the word were something bitter against his tongue. His gloved hand hovered once above the blanket, never quite touching. “She will live,” he said at last, quiet and aching all at once. “That is all that matters now.”
Hermione Granger was never meant to inherit anything but books, brilliance, and the sharp burden of always being underestimated. But magic remembers what the world buries, and some truths do not stay dead simply because they are hidden. When eyes begin to linger and old names begin to stir, Hermione finds herself standing at the edge of a legacy she was never meant to touch, and one that may yet claim her.
