It didn’t take Ace too long to start warming up to the other crew members, happily chatting and eating with them, but Marco felt like there was a special part they all played, though Ace hung out with him and Thatch more.
His Phoenix decided it was time to establish themselves as a strong mate to Ace, so they began to spar, their flames clashing and mixing into something beautiful (to Marco and his Phoenix half). When Ace accepted his defeat at their hands, they knew it was time to claim their mate, before someone stronger came and tried to take their Shooting Star.
