Because Mirielle didn’t want to be thinking about him, didn’t want to be thinking about earlier this year. When everyone found out about something she had been trying to keep hidden. And all because Harry Potter couldn’t keep his damn mouth shut.
Because this year, Harry had ruined everything. One careless conversation in the Hospital Wing and suddenly the entire school knew what Mirielle had spent her whole life hiding.
That she was a Riddle.
That she was related to Voldemort.
OR
Mirielle Riddle is the great niece to Lord Voldemort. Her mum is his niece and her grandmother is his sister. This gets revealed when Harry Potter defeats the Basilisk in their second year and learns that Tom Marvolo Riddle is Voldemort.
Now the whole school knows.
And who fault is that? Harry Potter. And Mirielle Riddle hates him for that.

.............Soooooo. I actually can't even talk about this one. Like Holy Fuck. THIS WAS SO AMAZING. I'M SCREAMING<3 ❤️. Like the whole entire time reading this, I'm just like on my toes, wondering what's gonna happen next cause I just can't handle it. And this whole story in 5 chapters? IT WASN'T ENOUGH. But it was so good, like it didn't feel rushed or too fast-paced. It felt like everything that needed to be written, was wrote. I'm so sad I'll never be able to read this for the first time again 😭. But I'll definitely be re-reading this, cause how could I not? Also I've said this before but the writing, IS STUNNING.
