Katsuki’s grown a lot in his four years at UA: he can admit that he likes his friends; he openly says, on special occasions, that Izuku is very much one of them; he doesn’t call people nicknames or shout at them (that much) anymore; and he’s come out. Summary
The summer had been hot- beyond anything anyone had seen.
Popsicles melted faster than usual, roads nearly popped tires, and training had become more of a bitch than usual to the heroics students. But it was productive. Distracting.
Izuku never minded because at least with everything that had kept him busy, he was away from his anxiety and reminders of isolation and bad habits. But things are always complex, and well, consistent. Sick of the blaring heat, a villain with weather powers releases what Japan may consider one of the worst blizzards in history, all while in the month of June.
When all of those distractions are suddenly stripped, leaving Izuku in isolation with his class in the dorms for a “well deserved” break, those broken bad habits soon mold back into his hands. But compared to his early years, the people around him actually begin to pay attention.
Including a rather persistent blonde.

Summary
“I-If I’m sick, can’t Kacchan help me?” Izuku asked, oh-so-innocently. Izuku looking up at his Kacchan, hoping he’d kiss it better and make everything bad go away.
“No, I fucking can’t, Deku.”
And Katsuki hated himself for that response.
“You don’t need me, what you need are—- are pills or an Alpha, fuck.” Katsuki said, even if the thought of Izuku with a random, knothead Alpha sickened him.
Without missing a beat, Izuku exclaimed with full confidence.
“Kacchan’s my Alpha.”
Katsuki blinked. There was no way he heard that right.
“Your what, Deku?”
Izuku’s warm breath fanned across his face. Black pupils had obscured all in his eyes.
“My Alpha.” He chirped.
“...Deku, I’m not your Alpha.”
Tl;dr: Well, Katsuki is not an alpha, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Because as luck may have it, Izuku is bound to get Kacchan as his alpha, one way or the other.
