That shoulder is probably dislocated, something that Shane distantly recognizes is going to suck tremendously for him to have to let heal practically at the start of the season. Ilya still isn’t moving.
Ilya is injured during a game. Not only does Shane’s world not end in the aftermath, it gets a little bit brighter.

I was the sun and the wind and the water and the dirt and I was in a prison and I was the prison. I feel like I’m blindfolded, now, without that sense of the world, but also everything is so bright and loud and close and I hardly know how I’m managing to speak to you when my skin is feeling wind for the first time in a century. It’s…” she trails off, her words failing her, which is infuriating because she’s a scholar, she’s good at words. “It’s a lot,” she finishes awkwardly, for lack of anything better to say.

Bucky’s daily circuit, without fail, takes him to the small plot of land where Steve is buried. Brooklyn’s ghostly ruins are the perfect setting for the once proud tombstone, now battered and sloping from wind and grit.
Sometime in the future, Earth has been left uninhabitable after a long alien war. The few humans remaining fled to the skies, leaving only Bucky Barnes behind to monitor the dying planet.
Then, a very much alive Steve Rogers crash lands at his front door.

Artemis Hawke is not only a mage, but one who is impossibly sunny, incapable of shutting her yap, and doesn't quite understand the concept of boundaries. So, naturally, fate saw fit to magically bind Fenris to the woman.
Of course, there is much more to Artemis than a big smile, grandma robes and magic -- just as there is much more to Fenris than his hate.
You can learn a lot about a person when you're forced to be with them every second of the day. You might even like what you find.
