Tenna utters the words with calm nonchalance and cheer, just like anything he’d say on air. Or blurts it out more likely because Tenna has no idea what compels him to say it.
Tenna always found himself lonely during the festivities. It might’ve upset him a bit, but the holidays came and went right? Which is why him asking his new best friend and colleague, Spamton G. Spamton, to spend the holidays with him is odd.

Summary
Bill Cipher, forced to spend his days in the cosmic therapy jail that is the Theraprism, is convinced anything is better than this.
He had told the Axolotl himself that he could survive (almost) every trial that frilly guppy gave him! He'd jump at any opportunity to prove himself ready for reincarnation if it meant skipping out on the rest of group therapy. So when the Axolotl proposes another trial, Bill takes the bait faster than a starving fish.
Turns out that the Axolotl is very bad at making up trials. Becoming a single parent is surprisingly even harder than therapy, Bill thinks.

Or Bill becomes a wine mom parent to a child called Pyramid Steve and subsequently reincarnated. He hates it but parenthood has no time for that.

Summary
Bill never wanted to die. Bill never wanted to get thrown in a therapy center for inter dimensional villain loser wash-ups. He didn't want to get reincarnated as "something new".
And yet again he stands before a series of amphibian cosmic entities and feels his body shoots parks of pain as if disintegrating and melting all at once. It burns, It burns, it burns, It BURNS-
Will wakes up to sunlight shining through the bus window obscured only slightly by the pine tree tops. They pass the water tower welcoming him into his new home.

Summary
Bill…didn’t know what would’ve been the appropriate level of vengeance to inflict on the Pines family to feel the sweet satisfaction that he craved.
It’s then somewhat shocking when he sees Stanford on the other side of the plexiglass, downtrodden and beaten down before saying those words that Bill longed to hear for ages and that felt so… wrong and misplaced in the given moment.
“You won, Bill. You won.”
It’s…anticlimactic really.
