“He’s right.” Kuina said firmly. “You and Arisu should stay hidden at first. I’m sure the predators mission is to hunt us.”
Arisu nodded. “You’re probably right. You and Usagi probably have a better chance of getting away. But what if—”
“No argument from me.” Chishiya broke in. The less physical activity he had to do the better in his opinion. “See you when the game is over.” He said with a smile and left the group of three to find a place to wait out the action.

“Kuina, I hate video games,” Chishiya whined. “And I hate gamers even more. They have no rational thoughts, always ready to smash their controllers when a game doesn’t go their way. They’re just a bunch of whiny kids. I don’t want to be their tactical coach, I’ll rather go work with the jigsaw team.”
“A Diamonds coach for jigsaw still makes sense, you know. Meanwhile a Spades coach is going to be assigned to that team and won’t know what to do. How do you physically train jigsaw players? Fingers agility?” The tall woman wiggled her fingers in front of Chishiya, making obscene hand signs.
“Stop it, that’s gross.”
She didn’t.
(Borderland Play Organisation is organising trials to recruit both coaches and players in its professional gaming teams. Chishiya and Kuina have been working for BPO for a few years and have been assigned to coach in the esport section. Chishiya hates it. Meanwhile, Arisu has always dreamed to play for BPO.)

aka Arisu actually makes use of his Epic Gamer abilities in the real world by become a big time streamer and Chishiya gains a comfort streamer.

Summary
Arisu groaned as the blond man poked deeply at a bruise at the top of his thigh.
“Yeah, you’re right, it would have been better if the less painful ones were on your torso.”
Arisu snapped his eyes to Chishiya. “You think you can read my mind now?”
“I don’t think, I know. You’re so easy to read. It’s like you’ve never been hurt or tried to protect yourself.” Chishiya’s touch got lighter, exactly as it had earlier, travelling delicately between the purple marks that scattered his legs. “Why do you do it? Why are you like this when it could kill you in an instant?”
(After the Ten of Hearts, Arisu, Usagi, Chishiya and Kuina spend the night in a lonely appartment. Chishiya takes care of Arisu's injuries and is strangely soft with him.)
