Summary
Peter wakes up to green. He died. But he's alive. And in another universe too, neat.
He breaks out of the glass tube He was in, goes feral, attacking the scientists that had him locked up. He has turned into more of a spider, he never used to have fangs or venom.
The door gets broken down while Peter's jaws are still clamped down on a quickly fading flailing kidnapper. It's Red Hood.
Red Hood takes in the situation and decides to take Peter, keep him at a safe house, under lock and key, away from the bats, who had gotten to the Lazura's pit just after Jason had left.
Peter tries to accept these new changes and this new universe, knowing that there was almost absolutely no way back. And no one would look for him either. At least he has Jason.
But the bats break into the safe house Pete's staying at and immedietly assume that Peter is Jason's bf. Anytime they try to deny it, it just feeds into their assumption.
Oh well.

“Jason, what are you saying?”
Jason’s lips stretched into a frustrated snarl, as he turned to face Dick in a defensive stature. His arms were crossed to protect his heart, metaphorically and physically.
“Are you stupid Dickface? Did spending too much time around Daddy bat leave you incapacitated of noticing? I’ve been smoking since I was thirteen! I fucking started cutting since I got here!”
Dick’s expression was so painful Jason had to turn away. His eyes were filled with tears, and the heavy lines on his face seemed downturned and weighted immensely with guilt. He didn’t remember his older brother having dark bags as a permanent accessory or seeing the haunted gaze reserved just for him.
Jason wasn’t a ghost, but his family keeps proving that otherwise.

After the events of No Way Home, Peter is completely alone, the entire world having forgot him. Unfortunately for him, that means Nick Fury sees him as an dangerous, unknown enhanced individual and sends the Avengers to bring him in.
(not totally canon compliant, Natasha is alive but Tony still died in the snap, Bruce and the Hulk are not merged like they were in endgame, Steve never stayed in the past so he's normal not old, and the event of No Way Home all happened [lowkey I just forgot about some of those things happening until I was already like 4 chapters in, sorry lol])

Summary
Seven months on the run since his escape from Arkham, Jason makes the impulsive decision to go back home. A move that leaves his ex-family in panic as they try to figure out if his peace offers are genuine, how likely he is to shoot them, and how to undo generational trauma.

Maybe he was destined to suffer, he can’t get a break, everything is going wrong, he feels wrong, and everyday is more difficult to hide, he knows they already noticed, maybe even before he could, the blood all over him. Even if is so obvious the way he’s crying in front of the bats, while holding a child, his child, while everyone is concerned, he can feel the gaze of Batman standing behind him.

Jason Todd past is so fucked and it’s starting to worry everyone, even more when they find him hugging a kid while crying on a rooftop covered in blood.
