For a second, she was stunned- nobody had ever asked her that before, not in a long time, at least. She was only ever asked that when she visited her mom, which wasn't often nowadays- but then she answered;
”Good, I'm good. I'm having a sleepover tonight, with my friends. We have one every Saturday, it's always so much fun. We stay out in the Common Room most of the time and talk, maybe watch a movie.”
”Well, that does certainly sound fun. Are those friends in this class?” Mina nodded, ”I hope you and your friends have a good time, then. Now, Tsuyu Asui. How do you feel and do you have anything you're looking forward to?”

Summary
Camilo knew exactly who he was.
He was Camilo Madrigal; a Colombian teenage boy, local town shape shifter, called a ’twink’ by the people his age. And he did not forget that ever, even when he had shifted a lot during one day. Whenever anyone asked ’Hey what's your name?’ he said ’Camilo’. Because Camilo was his name.
It had been a theory when he'd first gotten his gift, that he would forget who he was in a way, which had clearly concerned his parents. With post-it-notes that only said his name on them to pictures of himself they hid in his ruana. It was annoying, and Camilo had to tell him he wouldn't forget. Only then did they stop.
And not to brag but he hadn't forgotten who he was; His gift, unknown to many, had an original state. That meant he would always turn back to himself eventually, even if he didn't want to. Because of this, all he had to do to turn back was to clench his stomach and then relax it. Automatically, he would turn back.
No, the problem was not that he disliked his gift; it was that he liked his gift a little too much.

“Hi!” The boy tenses for a second before his head shoots up to look Mike in the eyes. “I’m Michael Wheeler, but you can call me Mike. Do you want to be my friend?”
He sees a bit of worry in the boy’s eyes—something that looks a little like distrust—and Mike feels his resolve wilt a bit.
The silence stretches on for longer than he thought it would, but just when Mike was about to take his hand back and embarrassingly return to his corner like some rejected loser, Will’s lips tick up.
(A bell rings clear in his ears—tinny and pure, just like he’s always imagined it would.)
“Yes.”
(or, the one where soulmates exist, but there is still very little you can do when yours gets taken away by dimension-hopping monsters.)
