Summary

After staying in Ba Sing Se for a few months, she decides to go to the fire nation to see her best friend, Zuko. She quickly realizes that she has formed complicated feelings for Zuko over the years and due to that, she also realizes that is one of the main reasons why she didn't visit the fire nation for so long.

Sesshōmaru's soldiers find them, just barely saving Kagome's life at the expense of Inuyasha's. With Tenseiga not an option, Sesshōmaru comes to the difficult decision to forcibly mate Kagome in order to save her life, tying her soul to his for all of eternity.
