With a vampire fledgling on his hands.
“I’ve told you how many times now,” San said, crossing his arms over his chest as he stared at Wooyoung’s furrowed brows and narrowed eyes, “that you can’t sink your fangs into everything you come across?”
He gestured toward the couch. “The last time I checked, our sofa doesn’t have blood in it.”
In response, San heard something that could only be described as a quiet growl—if vampires were even capable of making such sounds. It reminded him painfully of an annoyed cat, cornered and offended, refusing to admit guilt. San raised an eyebrow, only to be met with Wooyoung squinting even harder, looking exactly like a kitten caught chewing on forbidden cables and daring its owner to scold it again.
His love.
And, unfortunately, his responsibility.

"... You are a strange being...", the siren whispered, still surprised by the lack of fear.
Chuckling once more, it seemed like the human was fading down into a slumber. It usually happened when sirens would heal any creature, specially after eating all the sickness of said being.
"... Perhaps... I have always wanted to meet one... If not in life, in death... so...", and the human rested his head to the side more confortably, barely whispering, "... I met one at the verge of both... Isn't that something?"

“Uh,” Yunho forces his attention back to Mingi. “Your desk is—”
But it doesn’t matter.
Because, now, Mingi is the one staring down at his table in disbelief. The yellow creature pats at Tyuie’s pale blue cheeks with a pitiful whimper.
Mingi goes very, very still.
Then slowly, he lifts his head to stare at Yunho in disbelief.
“You—how—” Mingi starts, then stops. He closes his eyes, pinching the bridge of his nose, taking a deep, steadying breath as though counting to ten. Or perhaps a hundred.
Yunho offers a nervous, helpless chuckle.
“Close the door, Yunho-ssi.”
Yunho closes the door.
When a tiny, blue winged creature suddenly appears in front of Jeong Yunho while he’s on vacation, he's convinced he's experiencing the beginnings of a psychotic break.
Except when he returns to work, it's to the discovery that Song Mingi, department head of Finance, sworn enemy of Sales (and most definitely not the man Yunho has an embarrassingly fat crush on) too has a little winged creature of his own. Except its yellow. And has wings behind its head, instead of its back.
…Yeah, Yunho's losing his mind after all.
