The sound of the drill looms overhead like an impending thunderstorm. Techno was reminded of what he had suffered under the hands of old captors years, eons before.
This time, it was incomparable. He was bound to his own vessel. He was screaming invocations at something that was not there, throwing prayers at a creator that had stopped listening long ago. These people, they will not fix him when he ultimately snaps. They will sew his pieces back together and wind him up like a toy and break him like he was one—over and over again—only then will they be satisfied.
Technoblade had seen such indescribable things humans have done to one another during his time on Earth. To do the unimaginable because you carry so much resentment within you until you’re only driven by nothing but anger. But the Thornes were not angry. They weren’t even angry at him. They were just entertained. To contain an ex-god in their slaughterhouse must be a circus show for them.

Techno gets kidnapped by a clan that practices dark magic. Let's just say, he loses a lot in the process.
