Summary
Dr. Cossack has been imprisoned by Wily and the DCN line of Robot Masters (Bright Man, Toad Man, Drill Man, Pharaoh Man, Ring Man, Dust Man, Dive Man, Skull Man, and Tundra Man) have been critically damaged, leaving Kalinka sad and by her lonesome. Mega Man sets off to save Dr. Cossack. When he too becomes critically damaged, it's up to Roll (using a power adapter) to save Dr. Cossack. Mega Man and the DCN Robot Masters, meanwhile, are under repair thanks to Auto, and Kalinka gets to bond with the Blue Bomber once more.
