Summary
Five years after the Andromeda Galaxy crashed into the Milky Way, the remaining Solar System planets and moons plan to find their lost friends. Meanwhile, an old enemy surfaces that even Death fears, his eyes on the newly merged Galaxy with a young and inexperienced King ruling it. It's his fault, everything is his fault, No matter what he does he just seems to fuck everything up, it's almost funny in a depressing messed up way. If he hadn't been so insecure so narcissistic and arrogant none of this would have happened. But all the self reflection in the world won't change the past
The familiar ache of activity on his surface is becoming (understandably) increasingly apparent after all the events that have happened, and he is so very tired. It's selfish he knows but he just wants to closes eyes and shut off his consciousness for a moment so he doesn't have to face the reality of what's happening.
So he does
He sleeps and he sleeps and he sleeps
...
Then he crashes
Or Earth is being a depressed and tired little shit reflecting on all his past mistakes that led up to this moment. He falls asleep resulting in him crashing into Jupiter and waking up in the past

His moons, who always said his name correctly and had wanted to talk to him from the start. Not by them.
This was perhaps the one time Uranus should have left them with someone else.
He teared up, fighting the wetness in his eyes despite the pressure it caused in his head, as he held out a single finger for his moon to take. Violenta, ever curious, took it instantly, giggling and nuzzling into the warmth of his surface.
Uranus wasn't warm. He was the coldest planet in the solar system.
But he was warm compared to their surroundings.
"...You deserve better, mate." He sniffed, trailing with the pad of his finger down her cheek. The little moon purred contentedly, wings instantly relaxing and drooping behind her. "You really, really do."

Theia appeared to Venus in a dream. Literally. He was sleeping during one of his orbital periods and then woke up to a strange, yet familiar face.
“I know that Earth already told you what I wanted to tell you…but babe! Time to move on! Besides, I think you already have a new crush!”
Venus woke up in a cold sweat and realized that Theia was right. That he, in fact, was about to fall for his former bullying victim. The second planet from the sun and the hottest one at that…was developing strange feelings for Mercury.
And that was not so hot.
OR: Theia's ghostly presence manifests into Venus's conscience, and helps him realize that he may be feeling something for his old victim.
