Annabeth Chase, a girl who he has only talked to a couple times offers to tutor him. And in return he shows her something about his New York City.

Apparently, fate and destiny have other ideas as upon starting his first year at Ever After High, Colton Winter suddenly finds himself having to be the one having to face down everyone else's villains. All because interacting with a certain girl that he can't bring himself to stay away from changes everything from what he knows about himself to how others see him and most importantly, where he falls in the destiny conflict.
As they say, fate is never written in stone and sometimes the ones with the greatest destinies are the ones who have the most chaotic times.

Instead, Kronos tore through Luke’s mind and found her waiting there, a quiet weakness Luke hadn’t had the strength to kill. The Titan dragged the feeling back to the surface, deeper, more consuming. Luke watched Clarisse obsessively as his plan for the Golden Fleece unfolded, only to feel fate twist cruel when she was chosen for the quest. All he could do was hope Percy reached the Fleece first—because hurting Clarisse was one more loss he wouldn't survive.
