The cat is in the closed box, with a 50% chance of being alive and a 50% chance of being dead. According to the principle of uncertainty in quantum physics, he is alive and dead until someone opens the box.

Izuku didn’t return home after school. Two months later he was found roaming a deserted road with white hair, psychogenic amnesia and a quirk out of control.

Summary
At a young age, Izuku Midoriya gave up his dream to become a hero. He didn't have a quirk. He was not special. He longed to be remembered. He wanted to be known. He wanted people to see him, and what he did, and smile.
It was only at age 15 did he realize that seeing them suffer may be even more enjoyable, and that the quirk he had never known was a beautifully horrible one indeed. It was time to create art, and time to change the world forever.

Izuku is neutral on most matters, causing him to just go along with the flow.
Which is why when All for One suggests he go to UA, he shrugs and nods.
Oh boy.

Byakuran woke up to a scene where a doctor declared him Quirkless, as if it was some sort of handicap and sealed his fate as someone less.
He learned a lot of things about this new world.
1. Being Quirkless means he is either at the bottom or- out of social strata altogether.
2. This world have more idiots than he could count.
3. They think they can decide his fate.No Tsunayoshi and Yuni... which mean nobody is going to stop him from having fun! It would be boring without his fellow Great Skies but- he could always find toys to amuse him with.
