They had to sit here for the next seven hours. “We’re not promised tomorrow so why not get everything in life? Make the most of it. That’s why I had my son so young.” He chuckled. Aizawa could easily hear the smile in his voice. “My wife is an amazing woman. Cooks the best damn meals—shit don’t tell her I’m swearing, kay—she brings nothing but joy and happiness to my life.
“Izuku is the same. That little boy is the most kindhearted, loving and all around pure sunshine. He loves hero.” Dragon sighed happily, “I bet he’d love you, kid.”

He looks Alex up and down, opens his mouth and closes it again. He glances at his equerry, who gives him a slight nod that Alex doesn’t even try to understand. Henry looks back at Alex and juts his chin out just a little. “Are you comfortable with being touched right now?”
Alex feels himself give Henry a squinty frown as he processes the implications of the question. Surely someone who’s about to kill you wouldn’t ask for permission first. Right? He looks warily at the stuffy security person and Henry’s equerry who are the only people standing still amongst the flurry of movement beyond.
“Only me,” Henry says, drawing his attention back, “Or you can say no.”
Alex shrugs.In the immediate aftermath of cakegate, Alex’s anxiety takes over and he starts to shut down before they even hit the ground. Henry, who’s been halfway in love with him for years and who aches at seeing him so vulnerable, lets go of his snark and polite indifference to help him clean up and calm down with the kindness and love he deserves.

Izuku was quick to rush over to him, tapping the blond on the shoulder gently. Kacchan weakly lifted his head, revealing bloodshot eyes, tear-stained cheeks, and a grimace. Not his typical scowl, but a face of distraught. Izuku kneeled and signed slowly.

Kacchan blinked, begrudgingly let go of his jacket, and signed back.

“By the way,” Katsuki started, and he first took a sip of his red wine. “If you had let me talk, you would’ve known by now that I…” Katsuki glanced at her from behind his glass, amused. He was a fricking genius. “I’m already seeing someone.”
Mitsuki’s face brightened up with a smile, even though it was a little dubious. She kept passing her fingertip on her lower lip, a habit Katsuki remembered she had always had. “Really?” She asked, but she still sounded a little hesitant.
“Yeah,” Katsuki said, and smiled again. Of course, it wasn’t true. Katsuki was single, alone, a lone wolf, a lonely star. He needed no one.
“And?” Mitsuki asked, visibly curious. “Who is?”

"It was my eighth, nerd," Katsuki calls back, not even looking up from his homework. "We went camping that year."
He snickers before adding, "Auntie thought you'd eaten the poison ivy."
Izuku turns back to the wide-eyed looks of shock on his friends' faces.
"Ten years, then," he tells them casually. "Wow, that's such a long time. A whole decade! Time sure does fly."

The blood drained from Izuku’s face and he shot a panicked look at Kacchan. The blond didn’t seem to be faring any better, his gaze zeroed in on Hanazawa as if he could will her to change the question to something else.
Izuku... didn't know the answer to that.
