"What? No," Roy sounded confused now, "I would be the one sucking you off."
This is twice now, two times in as many minutes that Roy has gotten Jason to look up from his book.

“So, yeah. You’re kinda a total asshole.” Steve’s friend leans in at his side, hip against the counter, and it’s no surprise.
“Just for the record, I totally agree.” Clint winks at the bartender setting two glasses down in front of him, smiles. “But please, do me the kindness of explainin’ what led you to such a keen observation.”
The guy huffs, flags the bartender with a brief gesture, a quick flick of the wrist marking his order.
“Well, that whole attitude right there, for starters.” His lips tilt up, sarcastic. Clint considers the possibility that he might be a little fucked. “And Steve now definitely thinks you’re gonna point a three-eighty at his head and put a bullet on him any minute.”
“I didn’t say I wouldn’t.” Clint takes a swig of his beer.
Or: Bucky is a Columbia student and Clint has a few things to say about private higher education.

Last Jason checked, Roy’s toy box under their bed didn’t contain a riding crop. “You went shopping while I was away?”
“Nope.” Roy popped the word obnoxiously. Jason could just picture the insufferably sexy grin on his face. Had to picture it, in fact, because in this position the only view he had was the sheets, and his own hands already fisted in them.
“This,” another swish, another electrifying sting, higher up this time, “is one of my arrows.”
Or: Jason was supposed to be home eleven days ago. Roy makes it known how missed he was.
